1- 12 oz of Canadian Bacon Hash or Bacon Hash
3 can Cream Style Corn
2 qt. half and half
3 large carrots diced or can buy pre shredded carrots
5 stalks(pieces) of celery diced
8 or a bunch green onions chopped
2 tablspoons salted butter
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
parsley finely chopped for garnish

Directions:
In large stock pot saute carrots, celery in butter tell tender

add bacon hash. stir well and cover for 7 minutes

add cream corn, half and half stir well.

add remaining seasoning and hot sauce in the end.

simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

serve with garnish
