Ingredients:  
2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup pecans
1 bag white chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Melt in large saucepan; butter, sugar & vanilla
Add 4 eggs, slightly beaten, flour, cocoa, salt & mix well.
Add chips & nuts & pour into well greased & floured baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted comes out dry (about 35 min)
