1 Red Pepper (broiled-peeled-chopped)
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
2 Kiwis, chopped
1 Whole Jalapeno (seeded-chopped)
1 Cucumber (seeded-chopped)
2 Apples, diced
2 Oranges, chopped
Cilantro to taste
2 Limes-juiced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and keep chilled.
Serve on toasted garlic bread.
