Ingredients:  
1 lb. Pork Shoulder, cubed
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup Celery, chopped
2 Green Peppers, chopped
1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 Chicken Cups disolved in 1 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Flour and eggs to make batter. Coat pork and brown.

Combine Corn Starch and Sugar. Mix with with remaining liquids to make sauce.

Combine Sauce, Pork, Celery and Green Pepper. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes and serve over rice.
