Cream of Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Head of Cauliflower
salt
pepper
dried minced onions
3 chicken bouillon cubes
Milk
water
1 pound Velveeta cheese
2 Tablsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Clean Cauliflower, place in a large pot with water almost covering the cauliflower. Add salt and pepper. Cook until tender 15-20 minutes. Mash with potato masher then sprinkle dried minced onion on top. Add three chicken bouillon cubes. Add milk and additional water if needed. Add 1 pound velveeta cheese (cut in cubes). Stir to melt. Mix 2 Tablsps. corn starch with water for thin paste, add to thicken as desired. I've added small pasta, (alphabet) to thicken soup.
