Ingredients:  
1 lb link sausage, cut in chunks
onion,diced
5-7 potatoes, cut in chunks
1 T flour
seasoning to your taste
oil (a good splash on bottom of pot)
chicken stock or water.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion in oil in a large pot. When browned well, sprinkle flour over sausage and onions and stir, then add chicken stock or water to pot. Add in potatoes. Make sure liquid covers potatoes. Season well.
Cook till potatoes are done. If you prefer a more creamy stew you can add milk towards the end of cooking.
Serve over rice.
