1 3/4 c. All Purpose Flour
1 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2/3 c. Sugar
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Butter (room temperature)
2 Eggs
2 Tbs. Milk
1 c. very ripe Bananas (about 4)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

OVEN 350*

Stir together:
Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat Sugar & Butter until light, (scraping sides of the bowl often).
Add Eggs one at a time & then the Milk (beating until smooth after each addition)
Add Flour mixture & bananas alternately until combined & creamy.
Pour Batter into a lightly greased 8x4x2 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Once its cool enough to handle remove your Yummy bread from the pan & Enjoy!!

This "original" recipe came from my step-mom Karen who I believe got it from her Great Aunt. I have altered it very little by adding the vanilla & removing the nuts.
