20 oz 600 mL Cream Soup
1 c 500 mL Sour Cream
1/2 tsp 2.5 mL Garlic Salt
1/2 small Onion, diced finely
4.5 lb 2 kg Frozen cubed Hashbrowns
2 c 500 mL Cheddar Cheese grated
1/2 c 125 mL Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350* F. Grease 9 X 13 pan or casserole dish.
2. Combine Soup, Sour cream, Garlic, and Onion in large bowl.
3. Stir in Potatoes and grated Cheese.
4. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake uncovered for 50 min or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbling.
