"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg Double Stuffed Oreos
24 cherries, with stems
1 C chocolate chips
2 tsp butter
24 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped
48 sliced almonds
tube of green decorating gel

Directions:
Directions:
Take an Oreo and split it in half so that you have one side with just the cookie and the stuffing; set aside.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in pan. Take chocolate off the heat and dip the cherries with stems into the melted chocolate. Set the chocolate covered cherry on the Oreo. The Oreo is acting as a base, the cherry as the body and the cherry stem as the tail. While the cherry is still hot, take a Hershey's Kiss and set it against the cherry so it sticks like glue, making sure to prop it against the base so it is opposite of the tail, acting as the head.
Take 2 almond slices and set them between the top of the Kiss and the cherry so that they form ears.
Use the green decorating gel to add two drops to make the eyes.
