2 pkgs. dry yeast or 5 t. bread machine yeast
1 1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water; add salt and mix. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Add more water or flour as needed.

Turn onto floured surface and knead for a short amount of time. Put back into oiled bowl and let rise for 20-30 minutes in a warm area.

Spread, with oiled fingers/hands, onto pizza pans. Spread dough with a light coating of olive oil. Put desired pizza ingredients onto dough. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
