Batter:
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. cocoa
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9" square pan.

Topping:
Combine sugar, brown sugar and cocoa together. Sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350* for about 1 hour.
