4 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. nutmeg

Batter:
1 c. flour
2 t. lemon peel
3/4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
3 T. cold butter
3/4 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine blueberries, sugar, corstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Transfer to a 2 qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Batter:
In a small bowl, combine flour, lemon peel, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar. Cut in butter to coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk just until moist. Drop by tablespoons onto blueberry mixture. Bake at 375* for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown.
