2 envelopes gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
1/3 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
3 T. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1 c. cream
2 oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water; add hot water and stir to dissolve. Stir in sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy; beat until fluffy. Beat egg whites stiff, fold into gelatin mixture. Beat cream to stiff and fold into gelatin egg mixture. Chill until firm. Unmold; garnish with orange sections.
