1/2 c. maple syrup
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt
2 egg whites, whipped
1 c. cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat maple syrup to hot. Pour over the beaten egg yolks. Add salt, mix well. Chill. When cooled, fold in the egg whites, beaten stiff. Then fold in the cream, whipped stiff. Pour into dishes.
