Dough:
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2 egg yolks
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. cold water

Filling:
4 - 6 apples,peeled and sliced
2 T. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon

Icing:
1 c. conf. sugar
2 T. butter
1/2 t. vanilla
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dough:
Cut shortening into flour and salt. Mix egg yolks, lemon and water together and blend into flour mixture. Divide into 2 parts. Roll first part to fit bottom and sides of 9x13 pan.

Filling:
Arrange apple slices over dough. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the apples. Roll remaining dough to fit top. Seal edges. Cut steam vents. Bake at 400* for 30 - 40 minutes. While still warm, drizzle with icing.

Icing:
Combine all ingredients together. Beat until smooth.
