Ingredients: 2 c. flour 3/4 c. white sugar 1/2 ts. salt 2 ts. baking powder 1/4 ts. nutmeg 2 large egg 1/2 c. oil milk to 1 c. 1 1/2 c. blueberries 2 mashed bananas Topping 1/4 c. butter 1/3 sugar 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 t. cinnamon

Directions:Heat oven to 400º. Place shelf in middle of the oven. In a large bowl put, flour, sugar salt. baking powder and nutmeg. Mix to incorporate, In a measuring cup put the oil. Add the egg to the oil. Add the milk to bring the mixture to 1 cup Then add another egg to the cup. Mix the ingredients in the cup. Add the cup ingredients to the flour mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until just incorporated. Add the mashed bananas and mix well to incorporate. Using a rubber spatula add the berries to the mix. set aside and make the topping. Topping: Put the sugar flour and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix to incorporate. Cut the butter into small pieces. Mix it into the dry ingredients with a pastry blender or a fork until it resembles tiny peas. Give the blueberry mixture another mix. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners or spray well with cooking spray. Portion i the batter into the lined muffins cups. Add the topping mix to the top of each muffin. Bake 20 min, until a tester in the center comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Notes: Freeze well and are much better than store bought. Can make this in a loaf pan. It will take longer to bake. Just watch it and test.
