2 c 500 mL Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp 2.5 mL Salt
1 c 250 mL Cornmeal
3 fl oz 90 mL Parmesan Cheese
1/4 c 60 mL Parsley, fresh, chopped
2 T 30 mL Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring chicken stock and salt to a boil in medium saucepan
2. Gradually whisk in cornmeal, stirring all the time
3. Reduce heat and cook until mixture leaves a trail through to the bottom of the pan.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients and keep warm until service.
