Ingredients:  
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. soda
2 t. cream of tarter
melted butter

Sauce:
1 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. maple or brown sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350*. Serve with sauce spooned over top.

Sauce:
Melt butter. Add flour, hot water, maple or brown sugar and vanilla. Boil until thickens.
