3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. dates, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg whites, sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff. Fold in dates, nuts, and bread cubes. Butter and flour large glass pie plate. Spread mixture into pie plate. Bake at 325* for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
