1 c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. baking soda
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 T. hot water
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 package (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda, set aside. Combine butter and brown sugar. Beat until blended. Add egg, water and vanilla. Mix. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread dough in 2 greased 9" pie plates. Sprinkle each with chocolate chips and marshmallow. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into 8 wedges per pie.
