6 c. rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 T. water
1 c. flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. salt
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, water and 1 c. sugar. Turn into casserole dish. Combine flour, 1/2 c. sugar, salt and cinnamon; cut in butter. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350* about 1 hour. Serve topped with ice cream
