1 c pomegranate juice
2 oz Citron Vodka
1 oz Cointreau liquor
Juice of lemon
Splash of sparkling water (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice. Put pomegranate seeds in glass and pour martini into a chilled martini glass.

Makes a cocktail party drink choice pretty and fun! To make it easier buy the pomegranate seeds already seeded -- comes in packages in the pre-packaged section of fruits in most supermarkets.
