Indian Tapioca Pudding Recipe

1 qt. milk
3 T. tapioca
1 egg
1/2 c. molasses
butter, size of egg
2 T. corn meal
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk in double boiler with tapioca; cook 10 minutes. Mix corn meal in a little cold milk and add to hot milk with the molasses. Add butter, salt and beaten egg. Turn into buttered dish. Bake at 350* 1 hour. Serve with cream, hard sauce or ice cream.
