3 T. cocoa
1/4 c. water
8 marshmallows
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 T. conf. sugar
16 marshmallows, cut in fourths
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 t. vanilla
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cocoa and water. Cook over low heat until hot. Then add 8 marshmallows, stirring until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Blend egg yolks with sugar until smooth. Slowly stir into hot cocoa mixture. When blended, add quartered marshmallows, nuts and vanilla. Fold egg whites into blended mixture. Chill. Pile into parfait glasses with alternate layers of whipped cream.
