1 package lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
graham crackers (or crumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the jello in the hot water. Add sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. Let set until syrupy. Whip the chilled evaporated milk; add the syrup mixture and whip. Spread graham crackers or crumbs in a 8" square pan. Pour the jello mixture over the graham crackers. Sprinkle the top with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate over night. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
