1 1/2 c leftover beef,diced
1 c uncooked potato,diced
1 bell pepper,diced
1 small onion,diced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan add 1 Tbsp butter or margarine and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Heat on medium until the butter is melted. Add all ingredients and continue to cook on low to medium heat until potatoes, pepper, and onion are tender.
Approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
