1/4 c Butter
Chicken, cut up
1 Zucchini, sliced
1 Yellow Squash, cut-up
1 Large Bell Pepper
4 Ears of Corn, cut off the cob
1 Red Tomato, cut into wedges
2 Small Onions, sliced
2 Jalapeņo Peppers
Water or Chicken Broth, if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add chicken, skin side down, cook until browned, then layer vegetables; sprinkle with garlic and jalapeņo. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Check to see if liquid is needed, if so, add broth. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
