1 c 250 mL Broccoli florets, chopped finely
2 T 30 mL Onion, chopped
2 T 30 mL Red bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 c 60 mL Parmesan Cheese
1 clove Garlic, mashed
1 c 250 mL Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c 125 mL Sour Cream, low fat
1/2 c 125 mL Salad Dressing, low fat
1/8 tsp 1 mL Black Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375 * F
2. Grease ovenproof 600 mL Casserole dish
3. Chop Broccoli, Onion, and Red Pepper; place in mixing bowl
4. Add 2 T Parmesan Cheese and crushed garlic to vegetables.
5. Add cheddar, Sour Cream, Salad Dressing and pepper to vegetables and mix well
6. Spoon into casserole and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
7. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
8. Serve with baked pita chips or crackers.
