2 Sticks Butter
1 c Water
4 tbsp. Cocoa
2 c Sugar
2 c Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c Buttermilk
2 Eggs
Icing:
1 stick Butter
1/3 c Buttermilk
3 tbsp. Cocoa
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 lb. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 c chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter, water and cocoa
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, milk, eggs, stir
Pour on greased cookie sheet
Bake for 18 minutes
While cake is hot, pour icing over cake
