˝-3/4 lb of confectioner’s sugar
12 oz. peanut butter
1 stick margarine/butter
1 capful of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat peanut butter, butter and vanilla in microwave until melted (stirring occasionally).
Then, using hand mixer, gradually add in confectioner’s sugar. Add slowly and taste mix. Make sure you don’t add too much sugar and lose the peanut butter taste.

Spread peanut butter mix on Ritz cracker and cover with another Ritz. Fill all crackers/filling before moving to the next step.

Using 2 lb. of chocolate for melting, melt in microwave checking and stirring every 15 seconds (make sure you don’t overcook/burn).

Then dip the Ritz/peanut butter sandwiches in the chocolate and place on wax paper to set. You can refrigerate of keep in a cool place but do not freeze.
