Banana Nut Bread Recipe

1/2 cup cooking oil
1cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Beat oil and sugar together
Add eggs and banana pulp
beat well
add sifted dry ingredients, milk, and vanilla
Mis well and stir in nuts
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees
for about 1 hour
Cool well
