6 quarts Ground Cucumbers (Cut out seeds)
12 Medium Onions
4 Green Peppers
2 Red Peppers
6 C.Vinegar
3 tsp. Turmeric
3 tsp. Mustard Seed
9 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Celery Seeds
1/2 C. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and grind cucumbers, onions and peppers. Sprinkle with salt, cover with water and let stand 3 hours. Drain. Mix together remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Then add ground veggies, and allow to boil again. Can in jars and seal at once.
