2 c graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp. butter melted
2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3-5 large bananas
1 can crushed pineapple drained
1 carton cool whip
cherries
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs and melted butter, press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Beat powdered sugar, vanilla, 1 stick butter for 10 minutes. Add eggs, continue to beat. Spread over crumb layer. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise. Place over creamed layer. Drain pineapple, spoon over bananas. Cover with cool-whip.
Sprinkle with cherries and nuts.

This recipe is a family favorite, passed down from Owens Grandma Ruth. Owen likes it without the pineapple and nuts, but I like it just as the recipe says! It should be made the night before so it gets extra cold in the refrigerator before cutting and eating.
