2 cups ham, cubed fully cooked
1/2 cup chopped green onions
10 flour tortillas (8")
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 cups half-and-half or cream
6 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham and onions; place about 1/3 cup down the center of each tortilla. Top with 2 tablespoons of cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 pan. In a bowl, combine flour, cream, and eggs until smooth. Pour over tortillas. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from frig. 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 more minutes. Sprinkle more cheese on top and place in oven for 3 minutes until cheese is melted. This is our daughter Brett's favorite dish. She could eat every day!
