2 cups unbleached flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
2 tsp. honey
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together, cut in butter. Mix milk and honey, add to other ingredients and knead lightly. Roll or pat into 3/4 inch thickness and cut. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes.
