4 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients, add oil and water and mix. Let set for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Roll individual tortillas on lightly floured surface and cook in skillet. Cook on one side then flip to cook the other side until lightly brown, but still soft. These are delicious fresh and also keep well in the refrigerator.
