4 grilled chicken breast fillets
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup salsa
8 (8") four tortillas, heated
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp. Cook chicken according to pkg. directions, cut into strips. Add soup, salsa and chicken to skillet. Cover and heat through.
