Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs, crushed
2 tbsp. margarine or butter (or more)
2 cups Prego Spaghetti Sauce (with mushrooms is really good)

1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
3 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti (8 oz. dry)

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken to an even thickness using palm of hand or meat mallet. Dip chicken in egg; coat with crumbs. In an 10" skillet on medium heat, cook chicken in melted margarine until brown on both sides. Add spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve over hot spaghetti.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Mr. & Mrs. Saner follow these directions up until the chicken has been sauté for 8-10 minutes per side. Pour tomato sauce into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish, add chicken, then place a slice of monterey jack cheese over each breast. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
