1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
16 oz. cream cheese
2 1/4 cups cool whip
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. In a small bowl stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Stir until crumbs are moist. Spoon 3 tablespoons of crumb mixture into bottom of lined cupcake pan. Bake until set, about 8 minutes. With a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix, then whip topping and beat. Add vanilla and beat. Pipe into cups and make sure they are full. Place in refrigerator overnight.
