1 (21 oz) can pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 (8") flour tortillas
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cinnamon into pie filling. Spoon 1/4 cup pie filling down center of each tortilla. Roll tortilla, place seam side down in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bring margarine, sugar, brown sugar and water to a boil in saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes; stir constantly. Pour mixture over enchiladas, bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
