1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or vegan spread (softened)
4 oz plain yogurt or cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 tsp of any spice (your choice)cardamom, coriander

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. 45-50 min
Beat butter, yogurt and sugar in a large bowl
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
Combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and spices in a medium bowl.
Pour into regular loaf pan. Double recipe for Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 for ~55 minutes or tests done with toothpick.
