3 whole chicken breasts
1/2 cup crushed packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbl snipped fresh parsley
1/3 cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
bone chicken breasts and remove skin. Cut each breast half into 6-8 pieces about 1 1/2 inches square. Combine stuffing mix cheese and parsley. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter. Roll in stuffing mixture. Place in single layer on foil lined baking sheet.
Bake in oven preheated to 400 about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Serve hot or cold. with picks.
