1/4 onion cut into slivers
1 Tbsp. oil
Sliced polish sausage
32 oz. can Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
4 Tbsp. white or brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and sausage in oil add sauerkraut and sugar, simmer until all ingredients are blended and golden brown. **You can also add all ingredients to crockpot and set on high for 5 hours.
