2 1/4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/2 c. oil
5 egg yolks, unbeaten
juice of 2 oranges plus enough water to make 3/4 c.
2 t. orange rind, grated
1 c. egg whites (7 or 8)
1/2 t. cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add oil, egg yolks, the orange juice with water, and orange rind. Whip the egg whites and the cream of tarter together to form stiff peaks. Fold into batter. Pour into 10" tube pan. Bake at 325* for 65 - 70 minutes.
