2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of light sour cream
cup of melted butter
1-32 oz package of frozen hash browns
1 can mushroom soup
1 finely chopped onion
teaspoon of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 X 12 baking dish. Combine everything except hash browns into a large bowl. Mix well. Add hash browns. Put in baking dish and top with extra cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour @ 375.
