1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg. Instant Lemon Jell-O Pudding
1 16 oz. can Fruit Cocktail with syrup
1 c Coconut
4 Eggs
1/4 c Oil
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
Glaze:
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Evaporated Milk
1 1/3 c Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all cake ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in a large bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts (which I mix together)
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back. Do not under bake. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Spoon hot glaze over warm cake.
Glaze:
Combine butter, sugar and evaporated milk in a sauce pan. Boil for 2 minutes, then stir in 1 1/3 cup coconut.
