3-4 lb. Rump Roast
Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp. Oil
1/4 c Flour
1 Yellow Onion, finely chopped
4 Carrots, sliced
1 lb. Red Skin Potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
1 1/2 c Beef Stock
1 c Tomato Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
3 Fresh Thyme Sprigs
1 Bay Leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Season roast with Salt and Pepper, Brown in oil,
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 6 hours
