7, 1 lb. stale bread
6 lbs. Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice
11 lbs. Hamburger
4 lbs. Ground Pork, unseasoned
4 lbs. Chicken Gizzards
3 dozen Eggs
4 whole stalks Celery
8 lbs. Onions
1 1/2 jar Chicken Base (18 oz.)
4 lbs. Potatoes
1/2 gallon Milk

Cook Rice until done as directed
Toast 7, 1 lb. loaves, tear into small pieces
Cook potatoes until soft, mash
Grind onions, celery and gizzards, add to meat and cook until meat is browned
Mix milk and eggs
Dissolve chicken base in 1 1/2 qt. water, add to milk/egg mixture
Pour milk/egg/base mixture over bread pieces
Add rice, meat and potatoes
Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
You can add Kitchen Bouquet if not brown enough, but if you toast your bread enough you won't need it.
