Ingredients:  
1 c Vinegar
1 c Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
1/4 c Water
1 c Oil
1 tsp. Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients, bring to a boil,
Dissolve the corn starch in the 1/4 c water, add this to the vinegar mixture,
Cool
When cool, add the oil and celery seed
Whisk until mixed.
