Ingredients:
9 c. cut off, uncooked corn
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into large cooking pot. Stir. Cover and cook 3 minutes after boiling. Continue stirring on and off to keep corn from sticking to bottom of pot. Pour into something and cool completely. Put into freezer bags trying to distribute the juice equally in bags. Then freeze. When you are ready to serve the corn, simply put frozen corn in pot and add desired amount of butter.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If corn is very juicy, I decrease the amount of water I use by 1/2 cup. I do not make more than 2 recipes at one time.
